WAKABA HO CHI MINH CONCEPT
'Wakaba' which opened on Thai Van Lung Street, known as Ho Chi Minh's Japanese district, operates with the concept of 'Japanese cuisine' and 'a dining experience that lets you feel Japan.' The restaurant is designed to convey a sense of Japan, maintaining a clean interior. On the first floor, the counter seating allows customers to watch Japanese chefs prepare the dishes, staying true to the authentic Japanese (counter-style) dining experience.
The menu changes daily and monthly, offering seasonal specialties so that you can enjoy the early, peak, and late seasons of Japanese ingredients even while in Vietnam. Our rice is cooked using a traditional kamado (hearth).
Additionally, we offer both small and large private rooms, making the restaurant suitable for business meetings and banquets.
Not only do we have the flagship location in Ho Chi Minh, but in 2019 we opened a second location in the Tokyu Binh Duong area of Binh Duong Province. Unlike the Ho Chi Minh location, the second location also serves lunch. Please visit us if you are nearby.
